Over the course of 30+ years Tima has developed expertise in the management of dental practices of all sizes and business stages. She continues to enjoy solving the real-world problems of office management, as well as updating her knowledge through formal training. She continues to enroll in academic courses, attend seminars and group studies related to this field to keep abreast of trends and changes in the industry.

She is passionate about helping to deliver efficient and high quality dental care to communities. Her passion for dentistry and determination in making a positive influence in peoples’ lives are evident in her interpersonal skills.

She proudly volunteers as an advisor for the Dental Office Managers’ Association of Canada.
